Conference Programme (Hard Copy)
As part of our on-going commitment to reducing environmental waste, all delegates will have free access to the conference programme and abstracts through a dedicated App. The conference programme book and book of abstracts will also be available as a downloadable pdf before the meeting.
A printed conference book is only available through pre-ordering on the registration form at an additional cost of €10 per copy. The programme book will contain the full conference timetable, location of sessions, speaker index and details of plenary speakers etc.
Accommodation: Accommodation can be booked through the online registration form. For details on the options available click here.
Conference fee includes: access to the conference sessions & exhibition, access to the conference abstracts, coffee & tea breaks and a light lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, Welcome Reception and Early Career Researcher receptions (delegates must indicate on the registration form their intention to attend each reception).
Not included: Traditional Irish “Céilí” Night and Conference Programme Book.
Additional fees: Delegates are invited to purchase tickets for the Traditional Irish “Céilí” Night € 50+VAT (€61.50), Conference Programme Book €10.
Students*
For student members, a reduced ESERA membership fee is applicable (€15 instead of the normal membership fee of € 50).
** To be considered as a student member, we need an ORIGINAL stamped documentation from your University certifying that you are a registered student (Bachelor, Master or PhD level). Please send the document to the following address and note that in order to qualify for the early bird fee we need to receive this documentation by 21 April 2017:
